Our free consultation is designed to help you gain clarity on your business operations and admin needs. We take time to understand how your business currently runs, identify where support is needed, and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency.
Cancellation Policy
All services are offered by online appointment only, unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Bookings must be made through our official online booking system. Once a booking is confirmed, clients will receive a confirmation email with the relevant session details. For online sessions, meeting links will be shared prior to the appointment. Appointments are available on selected days only and are subject to availability. We kindly request that clients arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Cancellations or rescheduling should be done in advance via the booking system. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the booking. Where an in-person session is required, the location will be communicated only after confirmation.
